At Fashion Mania Ltd, our structure is organised around two main production divisions, each fully tailored to the specific requirements of our clients.

Knitwear Production

Our knitwear division is the core of our manufacturing operations. We produce a wide range of knitted garments, including sweaters, tops, dresses, cardigans, hats, scarves, and any other knitwear items commissioned by the client.

Our in-house programming team develops highly precise knitting programs, ensuring flawless garment appearance, accurate sizing, and consistency across production runs. We work with multiple knitting gauges — 3 gg, 5 gg, 7 gg, 12 gg, and 14 gg, with linking gauges ranging from 3 gg to 21 gg, allowing us to meet diverse design and quality requirements.

The monthly production capacity of our knitwear division ranges between 15,000 and 20,000 pieces, making it suitable for both medium and large-scale orders.

Textile Garment Production

Our textile production division is supported by experienced technologists who oversee every stage of the manufacturing process. This ensures exact replication of the samples and technical specifications provided by our clients.

We manufacture a wide range of textile garments based on customer requirements, including jackets, trousers, shirts, skirts, pyjamas, and more. Precision, quality, and consistency remain at the core of every production run

The textile sewing department has a monthly capacity of 3,000 to 5,000 pieces, allowing for controlled, high-quality production aligned with premium brand standards.

Materials & Expertise

Over the years, Fashion Mania Ltd has developed strong expertise in working with premium natural fibres, including cashmere, merino wool blends, alpaca, lambswool, and cotton, sourced from leading spinning mills in Italy, Scotland, and Bulgaria.

We also produce garments using rayon viscose, particularly suitable for more complex designs developed for luxury and high-end fashion brands.

Technology & Production Infrastructure

Our production facility is equipped with modern technologies and professional infrastructure that ensure precision and high quality at every stage of manufacturing.

Our equipment includes:

• 30 state-of-the-art electronic Stoll knitting machines, providing high-speed production and the ability to execute complex knit designs;

• Conti Complett linking machines for professional finishing and linking of knitwear;

• Juki industrial sewing machines for reliable and precise stitching of textile garments;

• Professional cutting tables ensuring accurate cutting and optimal fabric utilization;

• Laundry, steaming, ironing, and packaging stations for final finishing and presentation of the finished products;

At the laundry stage, we use certified detergents, and water quality is tested every 6 months, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. This infrastructure allows us to deliver end-to-end manufacturing, from product development and sampling to bulk production and final delivery.
